A motorized salami brush is a device used to clean mold from salamis and other meats. The meat is inserted into the opening and then cleaned by a rotating brush. Two different designs are currently available: Motorized brush for dry cleaning and motorized brush for wet cleaning of mold in combination with a water jet.
