Gas powered steam wax melter for 13 frames

Functional description:

A gas burner heats the water at the bottom of the device. The boiling water creates steam that melts the wax from the frames. The melted wax flows out through the right pipe, while the left pipe is used for water level control and refilling.
Thanks to an innovative solution, the steam flow is specifically directed, enabling greater efficiency and shorter melting cycles.

• Capacity: 13 AŽ frames or 15 LR frames, also suitable for DB

• Dimensions: Diameter 47 cm, height 80 cm

• Heat source: Gas burner (optionally also available as a wood version with chimney)

• Optional equipment: Caps on the tubes allow the outer container to be used to disinfect frames and other beekeeping equipment

Perfomance:

• Melting time: Thanks to the directional steam flow, a melt cycle takes less than 20 minutes

• Experiences of large beekeepers: Cycles sometimes shorter than 10 minutes

• Comparison: Melting cycles with gas are up to 3 times shorter than with devices with a steam generator
